Radial flow carbon cartridges designed for high-flow applications. These filters are constructed with a polyethylene outer shell, inner shell and end caps with a bed of granular activated carbon (GAC) sandwiched between the outer shell and the core. The unique radial flow design offers the benefits of GAC filtration, such as low pressure drop, while also significantly reducing the release of carbon fines commonly associated with GAC style filters. Ideal for point-of-entry and other high flow applications.
